Marketing and Operations Part/Full Time/Interns

Summary of role:

• Designing customer experience
• Handling and giving the best to all customer queries
• Ensuring smooth daily operations 
• Ad hoc duties and packing orders.
• Attend to offline customers when necessary
• Improve and scale existing campaigns
• Explore new marketing channels.
• Designing artwork for marketing channels
• Basic photography & videography
• Working with Collabs

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales/marketing/customer service/operations preferred.
• Min. certifications: A levels/Diploma. Fresh grads are welcomed to apply.
• Fluent in spoken and written english.
• Social media savvy (Instagram and Facebook)
• Basic skills in Canva/adobe photoshop/illustrator (Willing to learn if not experienced)
• Basic Photography skills (Willing to learn if not experienced)
• Able to work with tight schedules
