How do I earn rebates / reward points?
All reward points are tagged to your purchasing email. You may create an account by signing up using the same email anytime and start utilising your rewards! Once you have accumulated enough reward points, you may exchange them for cash vouchers and other prizes.
What are the other ways to earn reward points?
For every $1 spent, you'll earn 5 reward points. There are also simple activities which you may partake to earn bonus points. 500 reward points are worth approximately 5 SGD so you'll find them accumulating easily! You can find out more here.
What is your return policy?
If you think our bedding aren't suitable for your tastes, you can request to return your purchase simply by writing in to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days. You may also refer to our return policy here.
How long does it take for delivery?
It takes about 1 to 4 working days to deliver locally for available stocks. Standard shipping rates apply @ $2.90 per parcel after subsidy. Free shipping with tracking information will be provided for orders above $48.
I would like to have my items delivered on a specific time and date.
We allow scheduling for specific date deliveries at $10 per order after subsidy. Simply select "Specific Date Delivery" when you make payment. Please let us know your preferred date by email: email@example.com
