The Amara is a lightweight, two-sided quilted blanket for people who sleep warm. The cooling side draws heat away from your skin. The linen side and the ultra breathable fill let that heat escape instead of trapping it. It’s light enough to take from the bed to the sofa to a weekend away.
Snowplains TENCEL™: the cooling side
Made using TENCEL™ and nylon, cool to the touch. TENCEL™ breathes, and nylon conducts heat away from your body. The smooth surface touches more of your skin, so it pulls away more warmth.
Sunmeadow Linen: the cosy side
Linen and cotton with a soft, lived-in texture from the first night. It lets heat escape, so warmth doesn’t build up under the blanket. On cooler nights, flip to this side for a softer, warmer feel. It gets softer with every wash.
Light, breathable fill
100 GSM of lyocell and ultra-fine down alternative. Lyocell absorbs moisture into the fibre itself, and the down alternative won’t hold on to heat. Heat passes through instead of building up, so you get coverage without the weight of a regular duvet.

- OEKO-TEX® Standard 100: certified free from harmful substances, safe even for babies.
- Cool touch: Q-max of 0.179 W/cm² on the finished blanket. That passes the JIS L 1927 cool-touch standard.
- Antibacterial: about 20x less bacterial growth than untreated fabric, measured after 50 washes. A light-based treatment slows bacterial growth without added chemicals.
- Formaldehyde: under 5 ppm, safe for direct skin contact.
